I’ve been thinking a lot lately about being present - present in the moment, present for beauty, present for others.

In our hurried lives full of stress, loss and anxiety…

It benefits us to be still and present.

Being in the moment aids in healing.

Read meditative literature (poetry, blessings) that slows you down and allows you to think.

I highly recommend To Bless the Space Between Us by John O'Donohue, Devotions by Mary Oliver and Late Migrations by Margaret Renkl.

Take a moment.

Be present.
